ARRIVAL: School starts at 7:50 a.m. and is dismisses at 2:10 p.m. Children should not arrive at school prior to 7:15 a.m. due to our inability to provide supervision of children before that time.

DISMISSAL: Children may be dismissed before the school day ends only when a parent or guardian appears in person at our school office. Proper identification will be requested before a child is released from school. A note to the teacher on the day a student will leave early will help the teacher plan the child's instructional day. Children will not be allowed to leave with anyone other than the parent or guardian under any circumstances, prior to regular dismissal, unless written notice is given to the office. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE CLASSROOM TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD. TEACHERS HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED NOT TO RELEASE THEM. If there is a change in how your child normally goes home after school, a note from the parent is required. If an emergency arises, please notify the front office BEFORE 1:00 P.M. For security reasons, dismissal changes by phone CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You may FAX emergency dismissal changes BEFORE 1:30 P.M. to (770) 529-1580. Faxed changes should have the custodial parent's signature so that we may compare it to the signature on file.
