Applying for a magnet program can be a daunting task for our eighth graders.  Ms. Gordon's CTLS class will always have the most up to date information and assistance for you. After checking out her CTLS class, you might also want to visit the Counselor's Corner for additional information. You can also visit the school district Magnet Site for a more global view of the magnet program.

Magnet School Application Process

  • August 1, 2023 – Pebblebrook Performing Arts Audition Information will be available on Pebblebrook website
  • September 7, 2023 from 6:30 – 8:00pm – Prospective Parent Information Session at Pebblebrook High School
  • September 12, 2023 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm – Virtual Prospective Parent Information Session
  • October 1, 2023 - Magnet school and CITA applications available online
  • December 1, 2023 - Last Day for Magnet School and CITA Application Submission (except Pebblebrook)
  • February 2, 2024 at 4:30 PM - Admissions decisions posted in the magnet application portal (sign in to CCSD magnet portal). CITA will email decisions to applicants.
  •  March 1, 2024 - Deadline for students to select program and indicate commitment in magnet portal or through the CITA form (except Pebblebrook).
  • November 2023 – March 2024 – Rolling notification of acceptance for Pebblebrook based on audition date
  • March 22, 2024 - Deadline for students to accept admission and return contracts to Pebblebrook
