What is Course Extension?

Wheeler High School Fall Course Extension will utilize the Edmentum Online Learning System (Delta Math for math courses) to help students recover a failing grade of 60% - 69% in one of the course offerings below. Students are limited to recovering the grade of ONE COURSE. Students successfully completing Course Extension will receive a grade of 70% for the course.

Who can participate?

Students who failed a core academic course during the Fall 2025 semester with a final course grade that falls within a 60% and a 69%.

Where is Course Extension being held?

Students will access Edmentum/Delta Math after school in the Media Center or assigned classrooms. *There is not a virtual option for Course Extension. 

When is Course Extension?

January 7-12, 2026 | 3:40pm-5:40pm

Space is limited and students will need to register ASAP!  Registration can be found at www.mypaymentsplus.com. A Course Extension Contract must be submitted along with registration. 

To complete Course Extension, students will need to attend class every day, actively participate, and follow all school rules.  Students will need to come with their school laptop, charger, paper and writing utensil. Students will need to provide their own transportation.  Special education accommodations will not be offered.
