2026 Shop with a Buc

Allatoona A with a Santa Hat

Shop with a Buc is Allatoona High School’s largest philanthropic event and one of our most cherished holiday traditions! On Saturday, December 12, 2026, our Buccaneer family will come together to spread holiday cheer and make a lasting impact on children and families in our community.

This incredible event provides a memorable holiday experience for nearly 200 Little Bucs from Bullard, Frey, Lewis, and Pickett’s Mill Elementary Schools. Through our Secret Shopper program, we also support families from Durham and McClure Middle Schools.

With close to 500 AHS student mentors and 100 staff volunteers, our Little Bucs enjoy a special day filled with shopping, food, fun activities, visits with Santa, and plenty of holiday magic! Beyond the excitement, this event teaches our AHS students the importance of compassion, generosity, leadership, and giving back.

Shop with a Buc is truly one of the most meaningful and memorable days of the year at Allatoona! It is a wonderful reminder of what makes our Buccaneer community so special—coming together to serve others and make a difference.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Laurie Petersen at Laurie.Petersen@cobbk12.org.

Thank you for helping us continue this incredible tradition and making the holiday season brighter for our community!
