King Springs Elementary families, please review the important information below regarding Conference Week.
Digital Learning Day
Monday, October 12, 2026 Students will learn from home on this day. The teacher will provide assignments and learning activities.
Early Release Days
October 13-16, 2026 Students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM each to accommodate Parent/Teacher Conferences.
Dismissal Plans
The enrolling adult should log in to ParentVUE as soon as possible and verify their student's dismissal plans for conference week. Please ensure all information is accurate before October 13th.
Parent/Teacher Conferences
Parents and guardians should schedule conference appointments directly with their child's teacher. Teachers are putting out their schedule and sign-up on CTLS Parent.
After School Program (ASP)
ASP will remain open until 6:00 PM on all Early Release Days.
Important: There is no same-day ASP registration. Registration contracts must be reviewed and approved before a student may attend the program. Approval may take 24 hours or more; families needing ASP services should register as soon as possible. View the ASP website for more information and registration.
Book Fair
The Book Fair will be open in the Learning Commons during Conference Week (7:10 AM-2:30 PM).
Clubs
No clubs will meet during Parent/Teacher Conference Week. Log in to ParentVue to change your student's dismissal to anything other than Club.
Early Checkout and Same Day Dismissal Changes
If a student needs to be checked out early during Conference Week, an adult with 'Release To' rights must be in the Front Office, with their physical photo ID, at 11:30 AM and walk the student out of the building at 11:40 AM. Same Day ParentVUE Dismissal Changes end at 11:30 AM.
