Congrats to Senior and four-year Varsity Soccer manager, Ty Brown, for being selected as a Georgia Positive Athlete for his participation in the Lassiter Soccer program. Positive Athlete is a recognition program that celebrates high character, high school student-athletes and coaches who have overcome difficult circumstances, given back to their schools and communities in a significant way, or just have an infectious positive attitude that makes everyone around them a better person. Ty has served as a team manager for all 4 years providing motivational speeches and countless hours of support on and off of the field. Ty has been an integral part of the soccer community with his positive attitude, huge heart, and love for Lassiter.

Since its founding, Positive Athlete Georgia has awarded thousands of recognitions and more than $350,000 in scholarships to students throughout the state.
