It is almost time for one of the best events and traditions we have SHOP WITH A YELLOW JACKET (SWAYJ)!! 

SWAYJ 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, December 12th and we need the support from our Yellow Jackets!  Students interested in participating should read the 2026 SWAYJ Information Sheet linked below in the Resources section below!  

This event will require your ABSOLUTE commitment!  You are responsible for giving 110% to create a memorable experience for the families!

3-4 Member Team Responsibilities

1. Shop and manage the funds for your sponsored family. 
2. Be a buddy for your Junior Jacket. Be cheerful, positive, and welcoming.  Stay with them at all times throughout the event.  
3. Help make your Junior Jacket's time at Sprayberry magical.  Join in the fun with Santa, the photo booth, decorating cookies, and face painting.  
4. Wrap all gifts and clean up after the event. 

SWAYJ Registration & Payment Information

1. $45 per person (included t-shirt, shopping trip for your sponsored family, and lunch). 
2. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!
3. Payments and Registration can ONLY be made through MyPaymentsPlus.
   *If you do not have a MPP account, please register now!  You cannot make a payment until 24 hours after account setup*
4. You must have Field Trip Permission completed through ParentVue by your parent or enrolling adult. 
   1. ParentVue.Cobbk12.org > Student Information > Student Field Trip Permission > Field Trips > Check 'YES' for SWAYJ
5. All payments, registration form, and field trip approval are due by Friday, December 4, 2026!
6. Space is limited!

SWAYJ Schedule of Events

7:30am - 7:45am | Teams will enter through the LOWER GYM ENTRANCE for check in.  You MUST have your ENTIRE team present to check in 
7:45am - 8;15am | Teams meet their Junior Jackets, have breakfast, meet Santa, and take pictures. 
8:15am | Teams will begin boarding the busses for shopping.
8:30am - 10:00am | Team swill shop with their Junior Jacket for their sponsored family. 
10:15am - 12:00pm | Teams will return to SHS to have lunch, wrap presents, and participate in all the festivities. 
12:00pm | Pick-up begins for the Junior Jackets.  Clean up for the event.  As a reminder, your may not leave until your Junior Jacket has been picked up. 

REMEMBER...space is limited and the deadline to register is Friday, December 4, 2026!  
A team is not complete until ALL members of the team have paid and completed both the registration and field trip forms!
