- ACS Chemistry Club
The American Chemical Society ChemClub explores & shares a love (or an interest) in chemistry!
- Astronomy Club
The Walton Astronomy Club explores and celebrates topics in Astronomy and Aerospace Engineering.
- Badminton Club
The Badminton Club welcomes all skill levels to learn, play, and improve in a fun, supportive environment, offering both casual and competitive games.
- Beta Club
Beta Club is an honors society for 11th graders with a 3.6+ weighted GPA, focused on character, leadership, and service. Members meet monthly to participate in school and community service projects.
- Black Heritage Club

The Black Heritage Club celebrates and promotes the history, culture, and achievements of people of African descent. Through dialogue, leadership development, and advocacy, it fosters unity, awareness, and positive change within the student community.

Literature lovers read student-selected books and meet monthly to discuss them.
- Books Without Borders
Provide underprivileged children with access to books and literature so that they can improve their education and English.
- Bridge Club

Bridge Club is a social group where students meet weekly to learn and play bridge, fostering friendships and teamwork through the classic card game.
- CAD Club
CAD Club will help beginner and advanced students learn CAD (3d modeling and 3d printing) and grow their skills in CAD. We will compete in Intra-team competitions regarding speed-CAD modeling. Beginners Welcome!
- CARE (Cancer Awareness Research Education)

CARE is a nonprofit that empowers youth to raise awareness about cancer through education, outreach, and fundraising, helping students understand the disease and support those affected.
- Chess Club
Walton Chess Club welcomes both casual and competitive players, offering a space to learn, play, and grow. The club encourages beginners to enter tournaments and promotes the value of chess in today’s society.
- Clean Water Club

Clean Water Club promotes awareness of water conservation by testing local waterways and educating the community on the importance of protecting water resources.

- Criminology Club

Criminology Club offers students a space to explore law enforcement and criminal justice through discussions on history, procedures, careers, and current investigations.
- Debate Team
The Debate Team meets weekly to prepare for district tournaments, helping students build skills in argumentation, public speaking, and critical thinking.

This club prepares future leaders in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management, offering opportunities to compete at regional, state, and international levels.

Walton Drama Club offers a hands-on, student-led experience in all areas of theatre—from acting and set design to lighting, sound, costumes, and crew management. We welcome all students in a supportive, creative environment to explore and grow in theatre arts.
- Environmental Club

Walton Environmental Club promotes awareness of environmental issues and leads school recycling efforts. Students meet weekly to plan and take action.
- FBLA
This club prepares students to become community-minded business leaders through career-focused activities, leadership experiences, and competitions at the regional, state, and international levels.
- FCA
FCA is a student-led group where members share life experiences, hear from guest speakers and peers, and participate in service projects.
- Film Analysis Club
Students meet once a month to discuss recent and upcoming movies, award shows, new media, and various pop culture topics of interest.
- Film Club
Students meet weekly to screen films of interest and study film as an artform. Students also collaborate to produce their own original films.
- Financial Literacy Educators
Students meet biweekly to design engaging financial literacy and economics lessons for elementary students. Each spring, we teach these lessons monthly to 4th and 5th graders in ASP, using fun activities and games to spark early interest in personal finance and economics.

The French Honor Society promotes the French language, culture, and its global impact—highlighting its influence on the U.S. and vice versa—while encouraging its value in the international marketplace.
- Glamour Girls
This service club's goal is to enhance the lives of those in assisted living in our area. The club will meet weekly on campus to make greeting cards and plan the monthly visit. Monthly the club will visit an area assisted living community to offer residents manicures, make up, hairstyles, and companionship.
- Global Connections Club

The club's purpose is to celebrate the diversity that Walton HS has during our annual Spring GCC festival.
- Graphics Club - Skills USA
A workforce development organization that prepares students to be career-ready leaders and responsible community members. Starting with Graphic Design, the program aims to expand into other career pathways.
- Green Team
Students meet monthly to explore ways to reduce waste and promote green energy. Each semester, they organize clean-up days at Walton and its feeder schools.
- Gridiron Girls
Gridiron Girls boost Raider Spirit by decorating the football locker room and providing treats on game days. Off-season, they welcome new players with tours and support, making every team member feel valued.
- Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl

The Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl is a statewide competition created by Georgia educators to inspire reading. Students from schools and libraries compete by answering questions about award-nominated books at local, regional, and state levels.

The mission of HOSA is to enhance the delivery of compassionate, quality health care by providing opportunities for knowledge, skill and leadership development of health science education students, therefore, helping HOSA members and advisors to meet the needs of the health care community.

- Indian Cultural Association (ICA)

The Indian Culture Club at Walton High School welcomes all students interested in exploring and sharing Indian traditions. We offer volunteer opportunities such as teaching cultural classes to younger students and organizing events that celebrate Indian holidays. Members can also participate in performances at school events like Global Fest, showcasing Indian dance and music.
- Interfaith Walton
Interfaith Walton aims to foster understanding and dialogue among students of diverse faiths and backgrounds by exploring different cultures and religions within our community.
- International Thespian Society
The International Thespian Society honors student achievement in theatre arts. Members participate in performances, develop leadership skills, and celebrate excellence in acting, technical theatre, and production.
- Japanese Club
Founded by three Japanese students, the club introduces Walton peers to Japan’s rich culture through food, traditions, and events. Meetings feature Japanese dishes and customs like Setsubun and Oshougatsu. The club also participates in Global Fest and attends JapanFest to further celebrate and share Japanese culture.
- Junior Civitan Club

Junior Civitan is a student-led service club under Civitan International. Members meet monthly to support Walton High School, the local community, and global causes through various service projects.
- K-Pop Dance Club

This club celebrates Korean culture through K-Pop dance. Open to all Walton students who enjoy music and movement, members meet weekly to learn choreography and prepare for performances at events like the Global Connections Festival.

The Latin Club promotes understanding of ancient Roman and Greek civilizations and their influence on today’s world. Through engaging activities, it fosters responsibility, community, enthusiasm for learning, and personal growth.

Mock Trial brings students together to simulate real trials, compete with other schools, and gain experience in public speaking, debate, and the legal system.

The National Chinese Honor Society recognizes high-achieving Chinese language students, promotes leadership and character, and encourages enthusiasm for Chinese language and culture.

- Rally Foundation Club
Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, empowers volunteers to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures.
- Random Acts of Kindness
Random Acts of Kindness is focused on community support. Students will meet once a month to collectively engage in activities designed to spread kindness both in and out of Walton.
- Regal Raiders
Our purpose is to improve the culture, morale, and well-being of East Cobb community senior citizens through volunteer efforts at local assisted living and nursing home facilities.
- Rho Kappa Social Studies National Honors Society
The mission and purpose of Rho Kappa is to promote scholarship and to recognize academic excellence in social studies in secondary school environments and the community. To provide opportunities for exploration in the social studies in secondary school environments and the community. To encourage interest in, understanding of, and appreciation for the social studies.

Walton Science National Honor Society (SNHS) objectives are to encourage and recognize scientific and intellectual thought, advance student knowledge of classical and modern science, communicate with the scientific community, aid the civic community with its comprehension of science, and encourage students to participate in community service and in turn, encourage a dedication to the pursuit of scientific knowledge that benefits all humankind.

Matt Curtis Science Olympiad is a team that prepares and competes in 23 STEM events at various tournaments in GA and the nation.
- SGA
The purpose of the organization is to give Walton students a voice in aiding the administration and faculty in carrying out the mission and goals of the school by providing student leadership and acting as a liaison between the students, faculty, and administration. Walton High School Student Government Association represents the student body in carrying out the school's mission and goals to ensure inclusion, student well-being, and community involvement.
- Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica
The mission of Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica is to recognize high school achievement in Spanish and to promote interest in Hispanic studies. Increases awareness and understanding of cultures of the Spanish-speaking world outside the classroom. We offer tutoring for students in all the levels of Spanish Language in the school.

Walton's Society of Women Engineers chapter supports interests in Engineering skills and careers. We connect digitally to GT and KSU SWE chapters.
- Spanish Club
Nailah Rivera and Marina Garcia
Spanish Club promotes the awareness, appreciation and understanding of cultures of the Spanish-speaking World outside of the classroom. We also sponsor the Hispanic Heritage Festival.
- STEM Student Leadership
STEM leadership is composed of students representing each pathway for each year. The students are responsible for helping to organize activities for the students, discuss policy and procedures, and help with STEM related programs.
- Super Senior Spirit Club
Made up of the most spirited students in the Senior class, this club leads Walton High School in Raider Pride. Through the leadership of Superman, Superwoman, and the Raider Girls/Boys, this group helps ramp up the student body and encourage Walton teams during play. These seniors are positive and encouraging, fun and enthusiastic! Meeting once a week during football season, the Super Seniors choose the "outs" for football games, make signs to hang up around the school which encourage Walton's student body to participate in spirit activities, and educate freshmen students on Walton's spirit traditions.
- Threads of Kindness
Our mission is to teach others how to knit and crochet and then use our new skills to make handmade goods to give to those in need.
- Tri-M Music Honor Society (Orchestra)
The Tri-M Music Honor Society is open to senior students who have been in band, chorus, and orchestra for all four years. Students must have a 3.0 average in music classes and 2.5 overall GPA. Students will participate in musical activities and music-related community service to earn a pink cord for graduation.
- UNICEF
Walton UNICEF club works to empower students to become global citizens. Through fundraising, awareness, and community service, we will be able to help children outside our community who need our help. This allows for a more insightful understanding life outside of the classroom. The club also provides students with an opportunity to gain leadership positions.
- Walton Academic Bowl

The Walton Academic Bowl is a high-energy and competitive after-school club that focuses on building skills and knowledge to compete in National Academic Quiz Tournaments around the state. Quiz bowl tournaments include several rounds of fast paced question-and-answer games over topics like history, literature, science, fine arts, current events, popular culture, sports, and more. Walton Academic Bowl meets every Thursday after school, from 3:30 – 4:30 and is open to all students. This is a STEM-based club, but anyone can join who is interested in learning, competing, and having fun.

The Walton Ambassadors are a selected group of diverse students that serve as mentors to 9th grade students, to foster a smooth transition for new students, and to help promote a positive atmosphere at Walton and in our community.
- Walton Asian Student Alliance
The vision and mission of the Walton Asian Student Alliance shall be to honor the diverse cultures and experiences of Asian Americans and to create inclusive and transformative learning opportunities for students. This club shall be to provide Asian and Asian American students with a positive community for learning about their cultures, histories, and current issues as well as to raise public awareness of Asian American histories, cultures, and issues through educational and community events.

The purpose of the Walton Bible Study Club is to create a welcoming and engaging community of students who want to learn more about the Bible.
- Walton Computer Science Honor Society
The purpose of this organization is to encourage students' enthusiasm for computer science, to honor academic excellence and to promote service.
- Walton eSports
eSports is a GHSA sanctioned competition that competes for a state championship during two seasons, fall and spring, in multiple genres of games. A current list of games can be accessed online at playvs.com/georgia.

The purpose of Walton Fashion Club is to provide a place where students interested in fashion design and current trends in the fashion world can meet and chat about their interests. Additionally, the club uses fundraising efforts to help support organizations in the metro Atlanta area that help provide quality clothing to those in need.
- Walton Habitat for Humanity
Walton Habitat for Humanity is part of the global organization and does their part to create a movement of people who work together to build a more prosperous and vibrant community. The goal is to ensure everyone has a safe and affordable place to call home.
- Walton Jewish Club
Walton Jewish Club helps Walton students explore Jewish culture, create meaningful connections, and foster a love for their fellow students through engaging activities and discussions. Jewish Club also plans to give back to the East Cobb community by doing a variety of community service projects.
- Walton Middle Eastern Cultural Society (MECS)
The Walton Middle Eastern Cultural Society is designed to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for students to learn and engage about Middle Eastern cultures. Activities will include food tastings, film screenings, and musics. The club will have workshops centered around history, art, and other cultural events.
- Walton Muslim Students Association (MSA)
The Walton Muslim Students Association exists to educate, serve and network with both Muslim and non-Muslim students. Club meetings include discussion of Islamic ideals and history. Students and invited guests will share messages relating to the Islamic faith and culture. Meetings will also include socializing, potlucks and other activities to help grow friendships between club members.

The mission of the Walton Photography Club is to evoke passion for photography and caputure the beauty surrounding us. The goals of the club include helping others develop a greater understanding of how photos carry meaning and how to create different styles of photos. Students may be inspired to join Yearbook or contribute photos to the yearbook.

- Walton Robotics Team
The Walton Robotics Team helps students develop personal and professional skills, inspires students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), and promotes STEM as fun and rewarding, and a pathway to a brighter future.
- Walton RPG Club
We are a club dedicated to organizing, playing, and teaching tabletop roleplaying games. Our primary avenue for play is the fifth edition Dungeons and Dragons, but the club supports play in RPG’s of all kinds.
- Walton Science Bowl
The purpose of Walton Science Bowl Team is to encourage and prepare students for a nationwide academic competition that tests students’ knowledge in all areas of science and mathematics. The National Science Bowl® (NSB) competition is an annual event that began in 1991. High school student teams from diverse backgrounds are comprised of four students, one alternate, and a teacher who serves as an advisor and coach. These teams’ face-off in a fast-paced question-and-answer format, being tested on a range of science disciplines including biology, chemistry, Earth science, physics, energy, and math. Before competing at the national level, high school students from across Georgia will first come together to compete in a Regional Championship. Students will be quizzed in a verbal, fast paced forum, and asked to solve technical problems related to science and math fields.

Our mission at Walton Sports Media is to unite our Walton community by providing comprehensive coverage of Walton's sports events, including live streams, videography, and photography.
- Walton Structural Nucleic Acid Anti-Cancer Research Society (STARS)
The purpose of Walton STARS is to engage and empower students in crystal-growing, crystallography, and structural biology research. Students will experience what wet-lab research is like, learn about crystallography, and engage with faculty and research associates to learn about academia relative to the field of study.
- Walton Elementary Students Tutoring (WEST)
Members in the Walton Elementary Students Tutoring (WEST) club tutor elementary school students one - two days a month after school. Students must have transportation to and from the tutoring site.
