If you will soon be getting your learner's permit or license, you'll need a certificate of attendance. First, complete a Certificate of Attendance form in the PPO office. The following day at dismissal time, the notarized form will be available in the Front Office for $2.00. Exact change only, please! Please note that each certficiate is good for 30 days. CERTIFICATES CANNOT BE ISSUED ON THE SAME DAY.
