May 20, 2026 — Cobb Schools is proud to recognize the exceptional academic achievements of the Class of 2026 valedictorians and salutatorians, including an impressive average GPA of 4.717 for Cobb valedictorians and 4.650 for Cobb salutatorians. In an extraordinary display of academic excellence, six valedictorians and salutatorians achieved GPAs above 4.800 — a remarkable accomplishment that reflects the hard work and determination of Cobb’s top scholars.
Top GPA honors for Cobb’s Class of 2026 resulted in a three-way tie among Campbell High School’s valedictorians, each of whom earned an outstanding 4.848 GPA.
Big Dreams, Bold Futures
Cobb’s Class of 2026 valedictorians and salutatorians are taking their talents to some of the top colleges and universities in the country. Some are staying closer to home, including 16 who plan to attend the Georgia Institute of Technology and six who are headed to the University of Georgia.
Beyond our state borders, Cobb's highest-achieving seniors also earned admission to prestigious institutions, including Stanford University, Duke University, Princeton University, Columbia University, Rice University, the University of Pennsylvania, the California Institute of Technology, and the United States Air Force Academy.
Many plan to pursue careers in fields like aerospace engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering, neuroscience, and mathematics — preparing to solve problems, improve lives, and make a difference in their communities and beyond.
