Current Students –
1. Add college you are applying to Naviance.
- Log onto your Naviance student account.
- Select the COLLEGES tab.
- Under COLLEGES select “Colleges I’m Applying To”
- Click on “+”, add each college/university, including application information
- Click “Add Application”
2. Go to the Counseling Office.
- Complete a Transcript Request Form.
- Pay $2 per transcript (cash or check ONLY).
- For Common Application documents, you MUST link your Common App account to your Naviance account. (An instructional video on how to do this is located on your Naviance homepage).
- It is your responsibility to complete ALL parts of the above process, or transcripts will not be sent.

CERTIFICATE OF ENROLLMENT – Please contact the attendance office by emailing Theresa Bennett at Theresa.bennett@cobbk12.org
WORK PERMITS—Students 15 and under must have a work permit on file with the state for employment. After you have been hired, please complete the form through this link, https://dol.georgia.gov/get-youth-work-permit-online and email it with picture ID to mary.harmon2@cobbk12.org. Please allow up to 48 business hours processing time.
ADDRESS/EMAIL/CONTACT INFORMATION CHANGES- The enrolling adult can now make updates in the ParentVUE portal. To change an address, proof of residency must be uploaded and will be verified through the school. Contact theresa.bennett@cobbk12.org if you need access to ParentVUE.
MOVING/NOT RETURNING TO ALLATOONA – Records requests from your child’s new school can be emailed to Allyson.Rich@cobbk12.org or faxed to the counseling office at 770-974-8855.
