Please review the links below which includes summer reading slides in English and Spanish, along with the activities calendars for June and July with your student. It is very important that students continue to read each day and complete some of these assignments on the calendars so that they will not lose the gains they made this year.
There are also resources in the last two links to assist parents with getting Internet access, if needed, so that students can use their student laptops for reading e-books using the SORA app, etc.
The electronic translation service is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation will vary in some of the languages offered by Google. Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages, although an impressive number, this does not capture all languages or dialects. The basic translation’s goal is to capture the general intention of the original English material.
