Kell Prom 2024 DETAILED Information

1. Tickets for prom will be sold two ways:

  • Online on GoFan from 4/11-4/22 for $80 plus a processing fee

To receive tickets purchased online, you must show proof of purchase in the bullpen before or after school the week leading up to prom

  • Monday 4/8 – Friday 4/12 before or after school for $80 each (cash, check or card) in the bullpen

2. Behavior expectations:  when purchasing a ticket(s) you will be required to sign a behavior expectation sheet stating you (and your guest if applicable) will abide by all school rules and policies during the prom

3. Non-Kell guests:  If you are planning on bringing a guest who is not a current Kell student, you must have a form filled out and signed (including administrator's signature) before purchasing tickets.  Your guest must be 20 years old or younger. Bring the completed form with you when pickup up or purchasing tickets. 

  • The non-Kell guest form can be picked up in the front office 

4. Please remember this is a school function and all school rules will be enforced. Once you enter you may not leave for any reason until you leave for the night.  If you choose to leave, you will not be permitted back in.

5. If you can’t attend prom for any reason or are asked to leave prom for any reason, there will be no refund on tickets.

6. There is ample parking at the Battery in the various parking decks but bear in mind that there is a fee that is separate from the ticket cost. Students are responsible for paying for parking if needed. 

  • Be prepared to pay for parking at the Battery
  • Parking costs can be $30 or more
  • You are welcome to take a limo or uber to The Omni
  • If you have an uber or limo, tell them to drop you at the front of the hotel.  They can pick you up at the same location

7. You must have your ticket with you to enter the prom. Do not lose your tickets. 

  • They are numbered, and your name is written next to the ticket number, they can’t be given to anyone else. 

8. Make sure everyone with a ticket also has their ID with them when you check into prom

9. Prom pictures will be available through BPI photography for a fee

  • Picture packages are available and must be paid for when taken with check or cash. 

10. We will have desserts and soft drinks at prom. Please remember if you make dinner reservations, allow plenty of time for dinner. Usually 1-2 hours at most major restaurants. 

11. Prom ends at 11 p.m. Have transportation ready to depart at 11 pm. 

Directions to The Omni hotel at the Battery:

From north of the city:

  • take 75 South 
  • exit 260, Windy Hill
  • go straight across Windy Hill onto Circle 75 Parkway
  • Follow Circle 75 Parkway until you get to the Omni
