Spring 2026 Schedule Review Process
Schedules for Spring semester are now available for view in ParentVue/StudentVue. Students and parents have the opportunity to review and submit schedule correction needs via a course correction form this week only. Details are below:
Schedule changes will not be considered if the student was placed in a course that they either requested or selected as an option during the registration process in Spring 2025. If the student failed to complete course requests, they were placed in courses that fit their schedule.
VALID CRITERIA FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES
- The student has an open block (meaning there is no class scheduled for one or more periods).
- The student has already successfully completed the course.
- The student has not completed the prerequisite course that is needed.
- The student has sequential courses both listed in the same semester (for example, Spanish I and Spanish II)
- The student is a senior that needs a course to meet their graduation requirements.
- Dual Enrollment student already enrolled in equivalent high school course.
- The student has a double block (meaning there are two classes booked for the same period).
Note: Parents and Students will be able to view schedule changes (if one of the above criteria is applicable) in their Parent/StudentVue account, so please review it each morning for any updates. Students will receive the most up-to-date printed schedules in advisement on the first day of second semester.
This form will be available until 8:00 PM on Sunday, December 7th: Schedule Update Form

SY 2026-27 Core Registration Processes, fall 2025
Core Course Registration for 9th-11th grade students is occurring in all Core Subject classes and World Language classes starting 11/12/25 and continuing through 11/17/25. Teachers will be reviewing course sequencing and pre-requisites as well as having conversations with students about course placement for the 2026-27SY. We encourage students and parents to review the information provided below and discuss their options so that teacher and student conversations can be fruitful.
We are not offering or accepting Doubling-Up forms or AP Contracts at this time, nor are students choosing electives. These registration steps will be completed during the spring semester registration window.
