Nickajack offers Advanced Content in 4th and 5th Grades for English Language Arts and Math.
Qualification is determined by an ability measure (CogAT), an achievement measure (IOWA or Georgia Milestones EOG), and classroom performance.

*NOTE - Nickajack utilizes Option #1 to determine qualification for AC).
AC programmatic instruction includes accelerated pacing of spiraled material, performance tasks that extend grade-level standards and expectations, and an introduction to above grade-level standards and concepts. Strategies appropriate for advanced learners are incorporated into daily lessons.
The electronic translation service is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation will vary in some of the languages offered by Google. Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages, although an impressive number, this does not capture all languages or dialects. The basic translation’s goal is to capture the general intention of the original English material.
