If you would like to volunteer/chaperone for field trips at Smyrna Elementary in any capacity:

1. Please complete the online form “Volunteer Application.”  The application process may take up to 72 hours. Potential volunteers and chaperones must check their email for an invitation to approve moving forward with the background check.

3. Once you have completed the “Volunteer Application” and reviewed the video, please complete the brochure attached below and return it to your child's teacher. 
4. In addition, please review the Mandated Reporting for Volunteers attachment to understand the protocol before volunteering at the school.
