Please see the informaton below regarding Final Exams and the last two days of school for the Fall Sememster. Students will be taking comprehensive final exams covering the curriculum of their current courses. These exams will be given according to the following schedule for students:
Thursday, December 18th (Dismissal at 11:30am) | 3rd/4th Block Final Exams |
Friday, December 19th (Dismissal at 11:30am) | 1st/2ndBlock Final Exams |
Both Thursday (12/18) and Friday (12/19) are early dismissal days. The first exam each day will begin at 8:20am, and the 2nd exam day will begin at 9:56am. The school day will end at the conclusion of your student's second final exam at 11:30am. Sack lunches will be provided to all student at dismissal on both days.
Final exams will not be given early for any grade level. Exams may be exempted for any course (excluding specific magnet program courses) a student has a 90% or higher as listed in ParentVue/StudentVue on December 12th.
If it is necessary for students to miss a final examination because of illness, hospitalization , or family emergency, then the parent must notify the course teacher prior to the time of the exam. Exams will not be made up without this notice approval and administrative approval.
Students will be required to make-up any missed final exam within the first ten days of school in January 2026. The final exam make-up date, location, and time will be coordinated with the teacher of record.
