Quick Fixes

1.

Refresh and Restart

Refresh the page, close extra tabs, restart your browser, or restart your device.

2.

Check Your Internet

Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and that the connection is stable.

3.

Try Another Browser

If something is not loading correctly, try opening the page in a different browser.

Common Issues

What Do I Do If…

Click a section below to see steps for that issue.

+ A video will not play.

Refresh the page, check your internet connection, make sure your volume is on, and try opening the video in another browser. If the video still will not play, contact your teacher and describe the issue.

+ An assignment will not open.

Refresh the page, try another browser, and check whether the assignment has specific access directions. If it still will not open, contact your teacher with the course name and assignment name.

 + Coursework is grayed out.

In Coursework, students are required to navigate through Unit folders in sequential access. If you see Unit folders and the coursework inside them grayed out, this means you have not yet accessed the content prior to that unit. You must open the previous content. Then, use the Red Navigation Buttons to move forward to access the next item in My Coursework.

+ I cannot upload my work.

Make sure your file is saved, named clearly, and attached in the correct place. If your file is too large or the upload fails, try saving it as a different file type or contact your teacher for next steps.

+ I submitted something, but I do not see it.

Check the assignment submission area and your gradebook. If you are not sure whether your work submitted correctly, contact your teacher and include the assignment name and a brief explanation.
