Rising 7th Grade Families:

Please see the attached flyer regarding the required immunizations for 7th graders in the state of Georgia. Once your child turns 11 years old, there are two additional vaccinations that are required for school enrollment. 

We will be conducting an immunization audit of all 7th graders at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year.  If your child is not up to date at that time, you will receive a notification. 

If the immunizations are not completed, then your student will be withdrawn from school. This is a state requirement, and we are audited yearly to ensure that all 7th graders are up to date on their immunizations.
