After attempting to resolve the issue yourself, if you are unsuccessful, please have your student bring the laptop to our Library Learning Commons and use the repair kiosk. You'll leave the laptop with us and our team will work to repair the issue and get the laptop back ASAP. It may take up to 5 days.
