All students born on or after January 1, 2002 who are entering 7th grade and all new students enrolling in Georgia schools* in grades 8-12 will need proof of a whooping cough booster and a meningococcal shot.
*This includes any student entering Georgia schools for the first time or returning to a Georgia school after being gone for more than 12 months or one school year.
