The Culinary Arts classes were treated to a guest Chef from Johnson and Wales University on Friday, Jan. 7, 2022 in Chef Dee Smith's classroom. Chef Odalys Garcia from JWU taught the students how to make Homemade Pasta with a Creamy Sundried Tomato Basil Sauce. She shared valuable information about the hospitality industry and JWU during her live demo and all students received a sample size of the yummy creation!
