Microsoft Office 365 Support 

Do you want to download the products to your own device? Do you need your student sign-in information? Need any other help? For all of your questions regarding your CCSD Office 365 account, go to the Microsoft Office 365 Support page for answers to your questions. As always, if you are on campus, come and ask your library staff!

Exiting the District?

  • If you are graduating, retiring, or leaving the district, you will need to download your files so that you can still access them.
  • Students will have 180 days from their last day with CCSD to download their files.
  • If you are a teacher and you are leaving, download asap.  When HR paperwork is completed, their accounts are deactivated.  Sharing links to documents will no longer work once the account is deactivated.

"Account Locked" in your StudentVue

  • Does your StudentVue say 'account locked'?
  • Contact Ms. Natasha Mitchell in Counseling  to assist you.
  • Make sure to include your full name, student ID and a contact phone number.  

Think your password is the issue? 

  • Make sure you read 'Supported Browsers and Technical Requirements' tab first.  The top of the Password Reset Request  form also has some things to try BEFORE asking for a password reset (unless you know that you have just forgotten your password).
  • Many times your password is not the issue.   
  • New students, go to the Library Home page. Read the Password Help  graphic--Top left :Office 365--'New to Cobb? Start here!'
  • Have the correct browser version? Going though the correct links?  
  • Still need a password reset?  Complete this form for a password reset
