Transcripts

If you graduated before 2026, visit https://www.cobbk12.org/page/9866/student-records-and-transcripts to obtain your transcript.

If you are a current student or a 2026 graduate, email Latoshia.Breazeale@cobbk12.org and copy HillCounseling@cobbk12.org. Be sure to include in your email if you want an official or unofficial transcript, if you plan to pick it up, or if we can release it directly to the college/institution. Unofficial transcripts are free for all current students. Official transcripts are $2 each and must be paid for in exact cash. Transcript requests will be completed 24 hours after payment has been received.

Class of 2026

Diplomas can be picked up in the main office during office hours. Your School Counselor sent your official final transcript for free to the institution indicated on the survey that you completed. Any additional official final transcript requests require a $2 charge per request. Payment must be received in exact cash. Transcript requests will be completed 24 hours after payment has been received.

Yearbook

If you ordered and paid for a yearbook, you can pick it up in the main office.

Certificate of Enrollment

Students should call 678.331.3961 to order the Certificate of Enrollment. They can be picked up on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The cost is $2 and must be paid for in exact cash.

Work Permit
