Step 1: Identify College Application Deadlines & which colleges require a Counselor Recommendation/School Report/Secondary School Report. *All requests must be made 2 weeks PRIOR to STUDENT deadline.*

Step 2: Complete the Counselor Letter of Recommendation Form located under the Task section in Naviance OR using the appropriate link below.

Last Names: A-D - Letter of Rec Request Form

Last Names: E-K - Letter of Rec Request Form

Last Names: L-Re - Letter of Rec Request Form

Last Names: Ri-Z - Letter of Rec Request Form

Step 3: Official request will be made when student pays $2 for and completes transcript card (in counseling office) or makes payment through MyPaymentsPlus.
