Welcome to the Lewis Elementary After School Program!
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment that is available to all Face-to-Face students in grades K - 5. All After-School Program (ASP) students will receive a snack, homework time, and play periods. We offer several After-School programs and clubs including sports, art, and dance.
ASP operates each school day from 2:15 - 6:00 p.m. (including early release days). The program does not operate on student holidays or District holidays. ASP will be closed upon the District's announcement of inclement weather.
The After-School Program receives no taxpayer funds and is a Pre-Paid Program.
- $20 Annual Non-Refundable Registration Fee
- Attendance Fee Invoiced Weekly (the prepaid fee): $10.00 per child per day ( or $50.00 a week).
- Register, pay for, and manage accounts on any device
- View and print invoices, receipts, and annual tax statements
- Pay for programs using secure and convenient digital payment methods, including Apple Pay
After School Programs at the Cobb County School District have partnered with Eleyo to provide easy-to-use, mobile-friendly technology for online registration, account management, and payments. Online payments made with credit card and ACH/electronic check will be subject to a 4.75% processing/program fee. Cash or check payments may be made directly to your school’s program with no processing/program fee.
Please note: Cash or checks are still accepted for ASP tuition. ASP checks should be made payable to “Lewis ASP”. If your child has a different last name, please put their first and last name on the check so that funds are credited appropriately.
DO NOT include payment for any other school items/services (i.e., lunch money) with your ASP tuition.
You may pay for multiple children in one payment. Please indicate the amount to pay for each child otherwise the payment will be split evenly between the children.
Payments may also be made online through the Eleyo system.
ASP Enrollment in Eleyo must be completed before the student can attend ASP.
To enroll your elementary school aged student in ASP, the Enrolling Adult will need to register for an Eleyo account and submit a contract for each student. The Enrolling Adult, as defined by Cobb County School District Policy, is the parent/guardian with whom the student resides and who enrolled the student in school.
NOTE: Contracts submitted by anyone other than the Enrolling Adult will not be accepted.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
2:15 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on all days in which school is in session.
The program does not operate on teacher workdays or holidays. During conference week and early release days, the hours are extended from 12:15 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. No additional fees are required. ASP will be closed upon the district's announcement of inclement weather.
STUDENT PICK-UP AND LATE PICK UP:
Parents must give prior written permission for their children to stay in ASP.
Proper identification is required from any person picking up a student and must be on the students pick-up list.
Changes to the students pick-up list must be completed online by the enrolling adult.
Anyone arriving after 6:00 p.m. will be late and charged a late pickup fee of $1.00 per minute for each child being picked up. This is a Cobb County School District policy. Excessive late pickups may result in your child being removed from the After School Program.
ASP is a “pre-pay” program. All students must have a credit on their account prior to them staying in ASP. An account becomes delinquent any time payment is not received in advance of a child staying in ASP. If the balances are not kept current, or repeatedly becomes delinquent your child will be suspended from ASP until payment is received.
The After-School Program is a privilege. We strive to provide a safe environment and expect appropriate behavior from all our students. Unacceptable behavior will be handled on a case by case basis. However, if a student engages in behaviors that violate school rules and policies the student may be suspended or withdrawn from the program.
