The Commencement Ticket allocation process is complete for the Class of 2024 Graduation Ceremony.  You may log in to the Student Portal to review the number of tickets allotted to you for the ceremony.  Please remember that tickets will be distributed during the last graduation practice on May 21, 2024.

Below you will find information on requesting tickets for the Sprayberry High School's Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2024 which will be held in the Convocation Center at Kennesaw State University on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 7:00 pm. 

Please review ALL the information and be aware of the deadlines listed below.  

Graduates will request the number of tickets desired for their guests via the Student Portal.  Directions for ticket requests can be found in the Resources section below. Please discuss with your graduate the number of tickets they should request for the family but understand, the number of tickets requested is NOT guaranteed.  Once the District Events Office determines ticket allotment, an e-mail notification will be sent so you can view the number of commencement tickets granted.  You will received this information at some point in the Spring 2024 semester. 

*Graduates who do not submit a request, by the deadline listed below, will receive a maximum of 2 tickets*

Each guest ticket for commencement will have a unique barcode and will be valid only for the ceremony, date, and time shown on the ticket.  Each individual (regardless of age) entering the venue is required to have a ticket.  Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.  Once a ticket is scanned for entry to the venue, it is no longer valid and cannot be re-used for further entry or re-entry.

Important dates for December Graduates:

• November 28, 2023 – Student Portal opens for December graduates to request tickets
• December 15, 2023 – Student Portal closes for December graduates to request tickets

Important dates for May Graduates:

• January 16, 2024 – Student Portal opens for May graduates to request tickets
• February 29, 2024 – Student Portal closes for May graduates to request tickets
