Shop with a Longhorn is one of Kell's BIGGEST service events of the year. It is our opportunity to give our "Little Longhorns" a holiday experience to remember. Shop with a Longhorn will take place on December 6, 2025, and we need everyone's help to make this event a success! Parent Volunteer Information
We need volunteers to help wrap gifts, chaperone the students while they shop, serve food, check students in, help with activities, be hall monitors, etc. If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please complete the registration form linked below. We cannot accommodate any volunteers who have not pre-registered, so please register today!

Student SWAL Team Volunteer Information
Students wanting to be on a SWAL TEAM, complete the form linked below (one form per team) and then submit it with your money to Ms. Hill in room 1205 by November 14th.
2025 Shop With A Longhorn Team Form
Shopping teams will turn in ALL money together (money can be in any/multiple forms—cash, check or mypaymentsplus). You will collect all your donations and put them together in one Ziploc bag or envelope and attach it to your green form. If any team member paid on mypaymentsplus, please write that on your team form next to that person’s name.
**You must physically drop off your team form and money to room 1205—DO NOT place it outside a classroom door or on a teacher's desk.**
Team Form & Money Drop-off times:
- Before school 7:50am - 8:15 am, Monday-Thursday, or after school 3:30pm - 3:50pm
Drop-off location:
- Room 1205
Students, please remember to ask for these donations—ask neighbors, family members, friends, businesses, and places of employment. You are not expected to fund the fee out of your own pocket. It is giving season and there are lots of people willing to give to this great cause so please ask for donations!
