Student Parking Info 2025-2026
Parking application is only available for Seniors and Juniors who are going to drive and park on school premises.
Please note: Due to limited parking spaces, there is no guarantee of parking at Wheeler. Once we have allocated all Seniors based on availability, we will process Juniors.
The online application window for Seniors and Juniors is from December 2 – December 16. For any late request after deadline please email directly to wheelerstudentparking@cobbk12.org to be put on the waiting list.
WHEELER PARKING IS VALID FOR ONE SEMESTER ONLY. ALL STUDENTS MUST REAPPLY FOR PARKING EACH SEMESTER. STUDENTS MUST USE THEIR CCSD SCHOOL EMAIL TO ACCESS THE PARKING APPLICATION FORM.
Please read all required steps and follow the directions before submitting your application. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL DELAY THE PROCESS.
Parking application steps:
Step 1: Click on the online form to access the parking application or scan the QR code below.
Wheeler High School Student Parking Application Spring 2026 – Fill out form
Step 2: Once you sign-in, please fill out the required information and upload the following documents.
· Current GA Driver’s License – Class D
· Current Auto Insurance Card for vehicle listed on the application
o Expired insurance card will not be accepted. You cannot park on campus with expired car insurance.
· Copy of current GA Tag Registration
o Must be a GA Tag, NO exceptions. Do not submit renewal notices. You must provide proof of expiration date.
Step 3: Once parking application has been approved, submit payment via MyPaymentsPlus.
Applications will be reviewed in the order received. After you receive the approval email, you will receive a MyPaymentsPlus email for your payment. Bring in the confirmation from MyPaymentsPlus to pick up your parking pass. Announcements will be made on the location for pick-ups.
Prices & Parking Fines:
· Student Parking Decal Price is $50.
· Non-Moving Violation: 1st Offense ($15 + $1 Per Day)
· Non-Moving Violation: 2nd Offense ($20 + $1 Per Day)
· Non-Moving Violation: 3rd Offense ($30 +$1 Per Day)
· Moving Violation: 1st Offense ($20-$30 +$1 Per Day)
· Moving Violation: 2nd Offense ($25-$35 + $1 Per Day)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY PARKING FINES, THEY DO INCREASE BY DAY IF THEY ARE NOT PAID.
