ParentVUE- Web & Mobile App

Every enrolling adult must have an active ParentVUE account for their family. This account will give you access to grades, teacher communication, attendance notifications, field trip registrations, and much more! It also gives you access to update your information like address, phone numbers, and approved pick up contacts. It is very important for your student’s academic success to have an active ParentVUE account. You can use the online version or download the App for your mobile device or tablet. Please contact the front office if you need access to your student’s ParentVUE account. This account is only available for the enrolling adult of the student.

If you have had a ParentVUE account in the past (even with another child), the login information should be the same, and you should still have access.

The app can be downloaded from your app store or access by clicking here: ParentVUE.

School Issued Laptops

We encourage all our parents to register for a school issued laptop. If your student is new to Cobb or is a rising 6th grader, you must first register for a ParentVue account. Once you have an account, follow the steps below to opt in for a laptop.

To Opt In:

1.    Login to ParentVUE

2.    Click on the menu and select Student Device Liability Agreement, then click on it again

3.    This will take you to the Student Device Agreement (if you have already agreed to this for another student you will not have to do it again)

4.    Scroll down and check the box at the bottom to agree to the conditions and click Submit Agreement

5.    Now you will be able to opt in each student that is eligible for a device

Transportation

To locate your bus stop, go to Bus Route Finder.

Parents also have access to the Here Comes the Bus App (Daniell Code 87881). The app shows the real time location of your child’s bus on a map. Gives scheduled and actual arrival times at home and school for bus routes. Provides push and email notifications when the bus is near. This app can be downloaded from your app store. You can also visit Here Comes the Bus for further information.

Transportation Changes

Bus notes related to riding home with a friend should be submitted to the front office during homeroom.  The school will call the enrolling parent to confirm the request, if the office is unable to verify the request the student will not be issued a bus pass. The office may not have the ability to fulfill some requests due to lack of available seats on a bus. The office cannot make any transportation changes over the phone after 3:45.

Paying for Lunch, Yearbooks, and Field Trips

The easiest way to make these payments is to use www.mypaymentsplus.com

You will need your student’s ID # to create an account, and money is transferred from you into your student's account. If you prefer to write a check or send cash, your student will need to bring home a payment envelope and return it to school, make sure the front is completed with the student's name, homeroom, amount, and what the payment is for. The envelopes are then deposited into the black boxes around the school.
