FAQ's - Things You Need to Know


ParentVue- Web & Mobile App 

ParentVUE is a wonderful tool to monitor the progress of your child’s education. It will provide you with the latest information about your child’s grades, schedule, and attendance.  Ask the front office for an activation code. The app can be downloaded from your app store or access by clicking here: ParentVUE. You will also find a link in the Quick Links section on the homepage.


To locate your bus stop, go to 

www.cobbk12.org - click on Parents at the top of the page - then Bus numbers and routes. You may also click here: Bus Routes, and you will find a link in the Quick Links section of the home page. 

Parents also have access to the Here Comes the Bus App (Daniell Code 87881). The app shows the real time location of your child’s bus on a map. Gives scheduled and actual arrival times at home and school for bus routes. Provides push and email notifications when the bus is near. This app can be downloaded from your app store.

Transportation Changes 

Bus notes related to riding home with a friend should be submitted to the front office during homeroom.  The school will call the enrolling parent to confirm the request, if the office is unable to verify the request the student will not be issued a bus pass. The office may not have the ability to fulfill some requests to due lack of available seats on a bus. The office cannot make any transportation changes over the phone after 3:45.   

Paying for Lunch, Yearbooks, and Field Trips 

The easiest way to make these payments is to use www.mypaymentsplus.com

You will need your student’s ID # to create an account, and money is transferred from you into your student's account. If you prefer to write a check or send cash, your student will need to bring home a payment envelope and return it to school, make sure the front is completed with the student's name, homeroom, amount, and what the payment is for. The envelopes are then deposited into the black boxes around the school.
