Student Schedule Information

Schedule Updates
Starting July 28, students and parents will be able to view schedules online through Student VUE and Parent VUE. Once you have seen your schedule, if you see any issues, you may request a Schedule Correction using the online form linked HERE. Please complete the form if and only if you have a true issue that needs correction. The form will be available until Thursday, August 3, at 11:59 pm. You must submit any corrections by that time.
Please note that we are not allowing any elective course changes. Academic core course changes are only allowed if you meet one of the criteria below:
1. The student has an open block.
2. The student has already successfully completed the course.
3. The student has not completed the prerequisite course that is needed.
4. The student has sequential courses both listed in the same semester.
5. The student has a major imbalance during a semester (3 electives in semester 1).
6. The student is a senior that needs a course to meet their graduation requirements.
7. Dual Enrollment student already enrolled in equivalent high school course.
Please also note that there may be courses on your schedule that you did not request. This situation only occurred in cases where the student did not select electives during elective registration, or we were unable to make the schedule work with your requested courses or alternates, so we had to pick a new course for you. You will not be able to change those courses unless they meet one of the criteria above.
