Similar to other middle schools in our area, we will be changing our Open House format this year.  We are excited about this new format and we hope that you will be too!  We will no longer have separate Open House events for each grade level.  Our Open House will be on Thursday evening, August 15th!  Please plan accordingly!  

What to expect...

• Prior to Open House, we will send out communication that includes links to Teacher and Staff Introductory Videos.
• (OPTIONAL) 5:30pm SPED Parent Orientation in the Learning Commons: This optional session is for parents of students with an IEP who are new to the school and have questions about student services.
• 6:00 to 6:30 pm - PTSA General Meeting & Open House Overview in the Theater: We will begin the evening in the theater for a brief PTSA General Meeting and message from Mr. Tanner.
• 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Classroom Visits & Introductions: While most of your questions will likely be answered from the teachers' introductory videos, parents who have additional questions or who were unable to attend Charger Day to meet the teachers, can pop into classrooms for a quick hello. This is not the time for lengthy conversations, but rather a time for a quick introduction. Conference Week is the week of October 15th, and that will be a better time for specific questions.  
• 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm - Mabry 101 Q & A Panel from in the Theater: A panel of admin, counselors, teacher leaders, and community members will be available to answer any remaining questions you may have.
