Need assistance finding accurate and reliable information for a research project or homework assignment? Check out these wonderful Internet resources available to all Cobb County students on Cobb Digital Library! All are available for use at school and at home. (Login information is the same as your computer login at school.)

Remember, when conducting research, it is vital that you avoid plagiarism and copyright violations by citing your research sources. Most of the resources in the Cobb Digital Library have a complete MLA citation within the website to make your Works Cited or Bibliography easier to complete. Get more information at plagiarism.org

Check Out Policy

Students may check out two books for three weeks, with the option of renewing if more time is needed. Students may renew books in their Destiny account or come to the media center with the book to renew it in person. If a book is not returned on time, we do not charge fines, but we do require the return of overdue materials before anything else is borrowed. If a book is lost or damaged, we must charge the replacement cost of a "library bound" copy of the book. Replacement costs can be found on Destiny. Reference books may be checked out once for a maximum of 5 days.

The media staff is often asked for suggestions/recommendations for a "good" book or for help finding a book on a certain Lexile. We would like to offer the following websites to aid in your search:
