Pope High School is celebrating its 40th year, and the entire community is invited to be a part of the celebration at PopeFest on Friday, August 14.
PopeFest is more than a concert; it's a family-friendly community festival designed to bring together current students, future Greyhounds, alumni, families, neighbors, faculty, staff, and local businesses for one unforgettable evening on the Pope High School campus.
Whether your family is currently part of the Pope community or will one day call Pope home, PopeFest is an opportunity to experience the spirit, pride, and traditions that make Pope High School such a special place.
The festival will feature something for everyone, including:
- Live music throughout the evening, headlined by Guardians of the Jukebox
- PopeFEAST, featuring a variety of local food vendors and festival favorites
- An Artisan Market showcasing local makers, creators, and student entrepreneurs
- Family-friendly entertainment
- A spectacular professional fireworks show
Gates open at 5:00 PM, building energy with live entertainment from DJ D80, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. Throughout the night, the excitement will continue to grow with performances by talented musicians The Roosters, Jeremy Would Let Me Drown, and Acoustic Soul, all leading up to the highly anticipated headlining performance by Guardians of the Jukebox. The evening will build to a remarkable finale with a spectacular, music-synchronized fireworks display produced by Pyrotecnico.
PopeFest celebrates not only 40 years of Pope High School excellence and success, but also the vibrant community that continues to support our students, schools, and families. We invite everyone, from our youngest future Greyhounds to our proudest alumni, to join us for an evening of music, food, fun, and community celebration.
