Student Organizations & Extra-Curricular Activities
There are over sixty student organizations at Wheeler High School including athletic, arts, service, honorary, social, and other activities. Studies have shown that students who get involved in extra-curricular and/or co-curricular activities are more likely to be successful in school than those who do not. Clubs and organizations typically meet either before or after school according to seasonal needs and restrictions.
How do I find out about an activity at Wheeler?
Activities are publicized at school by announcements and displays around the building. Be active about finding out what's going on -- ask classmates, teachers, administrators, or guidance counselors for information.
