Please read the information below if you are having trouble accessing your account or have questions about setting up your account.

Families with students who have attended a Cobb County school:  

Your family should have a ParentVUE account.  If you are having problems accessing your account, please note the following suggestions:

•    use a laptop or desktop

•    use Chrome as your browser

•    remember the user ID is case sensitive

•    reset your password; remember to use the same email address that you used for online registration

As a reminder, please note that access to ParentVUE will be available for new families the day after you receive the email confirmation.

It is very important to make sure your information, including people who are allowed to pick up your child, are up-to-date in ParentVUE.  Click HERE for steps on how to update contact information for your student.
