Each year our learning community reviews and analyzes student achievement data, behavioral data, community perceptual data, and our district's improvement plan that supports our Superintendent's priorities. Based on the review and analysis as local school improvement plan is developed.

This year, our school improvement plan addresses two of our Superintendent's priorities:

• Ensure that Cobb is the best place to teach, lead, and learn, and
• Simplify our foundation for teaching and learning in order to prepare for innovation.

To achieve these two priorities, our school improvement plan will work to improve:

• math, 
• literacy, and
• behavioral practices.
