Lassiter is gearing up for the 2023-24 school year and already has exciting events lined up. Please add these important dates to your calendar.
Go Day | Thursday, July 20 | 9am-2pm
All students and their parents are invited to drop in anytime between 9am to 2pm to pick-up schedules, parking passes and sports passes, pay class dues, take yearbook photos, join the PTSA, check out available clubs, and much more! Check back on the website in early July for more information, including the full schedule of events.
New Student Orientation | Monday, July 31 | 9:00 - 10:30am | Concert Hall or Media Center
Freshmen and students new to Lassiter will have the chance to walk their schedules, meet their teachers, and learn important information. Freshman will meet in the concert hall and new 10th, 11th, and 12th graders and family members will meet in the media center.
First Day of School | Tuesday, August 1 | 8:20am

12th Grade Parent Night | Monday, August 7 | 6pm | Concert Hall
Senior Parents are invited to join the Lassiter School Counselors in the Concert Hall for a presentation focusing on how to set your student up for success during their senior year and beyond. We will discuss how to narrow down your student’s college/program list, the application process, Naviance, HOPE Scholarship and Financial Aid opportunities along with other important and exciting Senior things!
9th Grade Parent Night | Monday, August 14 | 6pm | Concert Hall
Freshmen Parents are invited to join the Lassiter School Counselors in the Concert Hall for a presentation on the transition to both High School and Lassiter. We will discuss people to know, promotion/graduation requirements, different GPA types, what colleges are looking for and the tools for success in high school and beyond. We are excited to welcome you and your students to Lassiter!
Open House | Thursday, August 24 | 6pm
Open House gives parents the chance to walk their student's schedule, meet teachers, and discuss class curriculum.
