This week’s artist is senior, Katherine Lee. Katherine has been in band since the sixth grade and is now the president of our band program. She plays the euphonium and trombone, as well as being a vocalist. She has had the privilege of being a member of the Pit in our theatre’s productions since freshman year, with the newest being The Addams Family.  Mr. Gurnow says “Katherine Lee is a well-rounded student. She participates in jazz band, concert band, mid-orchestra, and almost everything we do here at Allatoona. Katherine is a model student with a great, positive attitude and leads by example.” Katherine has a few words for anyone that might want to get to the position she is in: “Don’t be afraid to be yourself. Make sure to push yourself to the best of your abilities and strive to and be better.” Congratulations, Katherine, and keep up the great work.
