Congratulations to CHS IB senior Nico Lamps for being named as the 2022-2023 PAGE Student Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR) Student for Campbell High School. To obtain the STAR nomination for their high school, students must have the highest score on any single test date of the SAT taken through the November test date of their senior year and be in the top 10 percent of their class based on grade point average.

Nico was asked to select the teacher who has had the greatest impact on his academic career and success at CHS to be named as this year's STAR teacher, and he chose his IB French teacher, Mrs. Bonnie Methvin. Both Nico and Mrs. Methvin will be recognized for their achievements at the annual Cobb County STAR banquet in February.
