Fall 2023- Scheduling FAQ 

When will schedules be released? Schedules will be available in ParentVue and StudentVue on July 27. 

*Note- Our first priority is to ensure each student has a full schedule. If your students’ schedule is incomplete, the scheduling team will be working through the weekend to make necessary changes.

What should I do if I would like a different placement for my student? Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes to elective or core courses unless they meet the criteria listed below.  Any requests to change schedules were due last spring. Student requests drive the creation of our master schedule and teachers were hired based on what students requested in the spring. This includes minimum day and work based learning. We do our best to honor students’ choices; however, that may not always happen if the number of requests is greater than the number of seats available.  

Schedule changes will be approved for the following reasons ONLY:

1.    Credit for course already earned (on transcript)

2.    Course needed for graduation (Seniors Only)

3.    Prerequisite course(s) not completed

4.    Unbalanced Schedule (ie: two math/four core in same semester)

 Schedule Change Request: THIS LINK WILL CLOSE FRIDAY, AUGUST 4th AT 5:00 PM

*Note-Teachers are required to review transcripts to ensure that students are placed in the correct courses. NO request should be made by email, only submitted on the form using QR Code OR the Link if it meets the criteria listed above. Request not meeting the aforementioned criteria will be denied. The form will close on Friday, August 4.

How long is the schedule change window? All schedule changes must occur within the first 10 days of school.
