Hospital/HomeboundThese services may be available for students when they are unable to attend school because of medical needs, either physical or psychiatric.For eligible students, the hospital/homebound team works with the school team to coordinate a plan for continued academic participation and facilitation of the student’s return to the classroom when possible.
