Professional learning in Cobb County is at the heart of teaching and learning – a systems approach to professional learning.  Cobb County Professional Learning (or Cobb County PL) coordinates high-quality, specialized support to meet specific needs of schools and teachers in the district so that every student experiences success.  While being responsible for leading professional learning with a focus on effective teaching, Cobb County PL means learning and support in strategic program areas to meet the District’s priorities.
