Meet Mrs. Gillian Skow, a Pine Mountain English Language Learner Teacher (ELL). Mrs. Skow also serves as the ELL Lead Teacher, International Culture and Cuisine Club sponsor, a member of the Mustang Pulse Leadership Team, and a member of the CLIMB Behavior Team.

From providing students the opportunities to experience new cultures and food to creating school-wide celebrations for students making good choices, Mrs. Skow’s leadership in creating an environment for kids to do well permeates our school culture. Mrs. Skow also plays a key leadership role in facilitating the instructional services with our ELL students and supporting her colleagues by helping coordinate interpreters for parent teacher conferences. Whether inside or outside of the classroom, Mrs. Skow’s leadership qualities help make PMMS the best place to teach, lead, and learn.
