- Log in to Employee Self-Serve for Direct Deposit, Address/Phone Number Change, W-4/G-4 Tax Withholdings, W-2 Delivery, Name Changes
- Direct Deposit form is found by clicking the photo of a piece of paper in the top right hand corner, then select "Direct Deposit Authorization".
- Name Change is found by clicking the photo of a piece of paper in the top right hand corner, then select "Name Change Instructions".
