Leadership DevelopmentLeadership Development is designed to support a purposeful, systemic district plan for maintaining a highly effective pipeline of leadership succession. Leadership Development within the Cobb County School District represents the collaborative efforts of Human Resources, Leadership and Learning and other contributing departments.
