International Exchange Students

 
An international exchange student shall be defined as a student who requests authorization for enrollment through an international exchange agency approved by the CSIET.

Overview of Yearly Process

 

Agency Registration

  1. Exchange agencies request to register with International Welcome Center and Exchange Agency registration link shared via email.
  2. Exchange agency representative completes registration information and submits requested documentation via email.
  3. IWC reviews submitted registration information/documentation and notifies agency of registration status.

Student Application

  1. Upon approval, the exchange agency representative will receive the student registration link via email.
  2. Exchange representative will complete a registration form for each student. 
  3. In addition to the registration form completed online, the representative should send all requested student documentation via email.

Student applications will be accepted beginning March 1 and ending June 15 for the next school year. 

Completed applications must be received by the IWC no later than the June 15 deadline.

Notification of Acceptance Status

Decisions will be communicated to the agency representative no later than June 30 for the next school year.
