Spring Parking 2022 - SENIORS ONLY

***Spaces will be assigned and you MUST park in your assigned space***

To obtain a parking permit you must have a current valid driver's license and complete the following steps.

Step One: Complete Parking Permit Request (students must use their Office365 account)

Step Two: Prepare for your Application 

  1. Download and print the following forms. All forms require the signature of a parent or guardian.
  2. Make a copy and submit to the PPO office lobby on December 15:
    • Valid driver's license (not a learner's permit) 
    • Current insurance card

Step Three: Payment

  1. Decals for spring semester are $50.  MyPaymentsPlus is the preferred method of payment. 
    • MyPaymentsPlus will be open between December 6 - 14.  
  2. Only checks made out to Pope High School (NO CASH) will be accepted on December 15.
  3. Payment must be received in order to receive a parking decal.

Step Four: Drop Off Forms and Pick Up Decal on December 15

On December 15, between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm all completed required paperwork must be brought into the PPO office lobby. You will get your decal at that time. 

Spaces are assigned ahead of time not on a first come basis.



Spring Parking 2022 - JUNIORS ONLY

***This process is to request a parking space only! A blind lottery will be used if there are more requests than spaces.***


You must complete the online parking permit request form by December 15 at 3:30pm to be eligible for the lottery. If your number is drawn, you will be notified via the email you provided in the form by the end of day Friday, December 17.

If you receive an email on December 17 that you are selected in the lottery, move on to Step Two.

  2. Make a copy and submit to the PPO office lobby on January 3 :
    • Valid drivers license (not a learner's permit) 
    • Current insurance card

Step Three: Payment
