Congratulations to Pope High School's 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year, Amanda Dillard, and Classified Employee of the Year, Susan Sawyer! Both are vital members of the Greyhound family. Mrs. Dillard teaches in the Special Education department and is the E-Sports founding coach. She has been described by peers as going above and beyond, not only in the classroom, but also with her caseload students. Mrs. Dillard puts a lot of time and energy into all of her students, creating positive relationships and encouraging them to be successful.  Mrs. Sawyer, our scheduling clerk, has an unwavering commitment and diligence in every task she undertakes. Her optimism and enthusiasm uplift everyone she works with, and her integrity, honesty, and approach to her work provide a great example to everyone at Pope.
