The Vision to Learn (VTL) mobile eye clinic will be making seven stops at three different libraries in Cobb County next month. The clinic is offering free eye exams and eyeglasses for qualifying children.

VTL is a national non-profit that has been providing no-cost clinics to Cobb families since 2018. More than 900 eye exams and 600 pairs of corrective lenses have been given to local children in that short time.

VTL will be making the following library stops in June:

Sibley Library, 1539 South Cobb Drive SE, Marietta
      Dates: June 1 & 2 (9:30am – 3pm)

South Cobb Regional Library, 805 Clay Road, Mableton
      Dates: June 3 & 4 (9:30am – 3:30pm)

Gritters Library, 880 Shaw Park Road, Marietta
      Dates: June 14, 15, & 16 (9:30am – 3:30pm)

Families need to sign up in advance. Applications and more information can be found on the Cobb County Library website here. Space is limited, so make sure to sign up as soon as possible.

All health and safety protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 will be strictly enforced and observed by VTL in the mobile clinics.

Thanks to Learn4Life and Metro Atlanta Regional Education Partnership for helping bring VTL to Cobb County Libraries.
